This e-book, 'A Healing Path' for wombtwin survivors, has much to be pleased about. For as short as it is, it is as long as it really needs to be. It covers much ground, defining the symptoms, and how they are manifest in a variety of real life situations. Divided into thirty steps, each one concludes with workbook exercises that enable the reader to self-evaluate how the material is relevant to them on a personal level.

Naturally, I couldn't fit myself into every scenario, but I was able to understand how the different initial conditions surrounding the wombtwin survivor, evolve into a behavioural system with a considerable variety of symptoms. At the beginning of this year, I learned that I had lost a twin, some time during the fourth month, and my mom had been the hospital for five days, I decided to search online and see if there was anything written on this subject. I was surprised and pleased to find a group of people that I had much in common with. I feel as if my search for the meaning behind all of the strange and bewildering feelings and compulsions I have felt all these years, has finally found a home.

Althea Hayton has written a very impressive book, which ends with a promise of a new beginning, for a group of people with a tremendous potential for renewal and growth.
