Your personal details and credit card details are not held on any database and are not passed on or sold to anyone.
Delivery policy
We will normally dispatch your order within 5 working days. We will send you an e-mail letting you know when your order has been received and when it has been dispatched. All deliveries in the UK are made by second class post and deliveries made outside the UK are sent by airmail. All postal charges are covered by Wren Publications and there is no packaging and delivery charge to the customer. No taxes are added.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will replace it free of charge on receipt of the returned item, or issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally made.
NOTE: In order to qualify for this service, goods must be carefully wrapped before return, so that the original condition, even if faulty, is clearly evident.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy because it is damaged or defective, we will refund your return postage costs.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights.
