Are you stuck in a rut and don't know how to move forward? Here are some of the many choices before you:

1. Be aware of the problem

2. Form a hypothesis as to why you have a problem

3. Observe and experiment with various solutions to the problem

4. Ponder and grimace about the problem of solving the problem

5. Find a solution: seek simplicity out of complexity

6. Assume that you are in control of your own process of problem solving

7. Observe the real nature of the situation that creates the problem

8. Analyse the data to assess the possibilities of ever solving the problem

9. Enumerate without evaluation the range of choices available to you at this moment

10. Speculate on the consequences of each of the range of choices available to you

11. Compare a thousand well measured results with relying on an assumption.

12. Exercise the power of choice to decide whether to attempt to solve the problem or not

13. Formulate a desire for change without any fixed aim in view.

14. Extend your awareness of the complexity of the situation.

15. Learn to see complexity as opportunity

16. Inch forward, checking out at all times whether or not you are in control of the process.

Slow change is due to resource deficiencies, in time, talent, attention, motivation and incentive.

In other words, you are "stuck" because you are exactly where you want to be. This present way of being, that you have adopted and which seems so habitual and resistant to change, is the only way to keep the Dream alive, so regardless of the many choices now available to you, there is only one choice to choose: to stay "stuck." Try any of the above and notice the extent of your resistance to change!
